I was in this place for many years as were most of my clients. The cycle of rinse and repeat dieting is damaging to us both physically AND emotionally. We feel like we can’t trust ourselves and like we have no willpower.
My 1:1 coaching program is very different from anything you’ve experienced, even if you’ve worked with coaches in the past.
I don’t just give you a plan and send you on your way. Why?
Because that approach doesn’t work for most people.
Even if a plan is customized to your goals, lifestyle, and preferences, you still need daily support in order to implement your plan in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. We tend to sabotage ourselves when we’re afraid of failure. That’s where I come in. I’m there to provide daily support, tweak the plan, provide feedback, and remind you WHY you started!
MY JOB AS A COACH IS TO HELP YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
With each of my clients, we go at a pace that is sustainable for the individual. This pace may change according to what’s gonig on in their life, how much time they have for food prep, etc. We’re able to tweak the plan in real time because we’re in contact every single day.
I coach the WHOLE PERSON. This means we’re not just looking at calories in/calories out. Together, we’re discovering:
What are the foods you love that love you BACK (i.e. help you get results and feel amazing)?
How much sleep do you need for good energy and to keep cravings at bay?
What types of movement do you enjoy (or at least don’t hate, lol) that don’t overly stress your body?
Are you making time for rest, creativity, social activity, and self care?
Are you celebrating your wins instead of letting your inner “mean girl” rule your mind?
Are you staying open and curious about what’s working and what still needs work?
Are you partnering WITH your body rather than waging war against it?
I’ve coached a lot of women over the past 4 years and it’s amazing to see that weight loss is actually a beautiful SIDE EFFECT of the work we do together, rather than the obsessive focus. Our bodies are able to gently let go of old weight when we partner with them, nourish them, and stop judging/shaming ourselves. The best part is that these are results you get to keep. My goal is that my clients never need another diet again.
