Lisa is a great coach! She has a vast knowledge base to answer my questions, and actively seeks to learn more as I challenge her with new ones. I've been impressed with her ability to tailor her approach to address my needs, while still sticking true to her health and fitness philosophy. I knew I was ready to make a change. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. But I also knew I needed someone by my side who had made a similar journey, who could help me find my way. Lisa fit the bill. She is a gentle coach who provides persistent pressure wrapped in encouragement and understanding. Knowing what my goals were as well as my preferences and triggers, Lisa outlined a plan that was not only executable but a joy. I particularly looked forward to our exercise sessions because Lisa would come up with activities that piqued my interest, pushing my limits just enough but without going too far. Lisa convinced me that I could have the healthy, happy life I deserved and had always dreamed about. I lost 50 pounds over six months, and have maintained my weight for nine months. I continue to eat the way Lisa taught me and feel great. I'm not interested in going back to being tired all the time. I can't say enough about how glad I am to have had Lisa's help in getting here.
